Checking out Science4Us.com

Last week I mentioned I was looking for an elementary science curriculum and Kat recommended Science4Us.com.  Even though Kat recommended it I have been looking at that. I keep going back to it. Since my kids like to work on the computer so much, I figured it might be a good match for us.


We could use the kindergarden science curriculum up to second grade.  The website states:

 "The Science4Us curriculum is a complete, standards-based, core science curriculum that delivers digital science experiences to early elementary students."

 There is different parts of this curriculum that grab my attention. Some of those highlights are...

  3. Explain
  4. Elaborate
  5. Evaluate
  • Integrates Literacy and Math
  • Teacher Resources 
  • Lesson Plans
  • Reports
The 4 areas of study are...
  1. Inquiry
  2. Physical
  3. Life
  4. Earth/Space
All of that in one program all about Science. How cool is that?




If we do choose to go with this program I will give you a review on how my kids like it.

    Hi! Thank you for stopping by my blog today. This science looks wonderful, if only I had little ones. I wish Time4Learning had more lesson for 8th grade. My daughter, now in 7th, has exhausted their entire program. I am undecided on 8th grade math. If you have any tips, send them my way. Blessings!

    Woops! Sorry! We have already used up all of Time4Learning curriculum in the 7th grade. It is Science we are undecided in. No math. :) My daughter is using Teaching Textbooks and loves it!
